To ensure timely receipts, storage and issuance of materials in compliance with applicable QMS, EHS and regulatory
Ensure implementation of policies through people management and leadership.
Skills, Experience & Education Required
Bachelors, Preferably Masters in Supply Chain
2 to 3 years’ experience related to store operations
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience of dispensing operation in pharmaceutical industry / warehouse operations.
Understanding of the manufacturing process.
Able to Develop SOPs and strong documentation skills.
Ability to train junior staff members
Strong Communication Skills
Strong ability to perform data analysis
Ability to handle macros in excel
Ensure the follow up of store activities like receipt, Issuance & storage of materials as per plan.
Support other functions by providing necessary help and good customer services to relevant department.
To manage / maintain the department in Inspection Ready’ state all the time.
To manage warehouse internal KPIs aligned with GPS, site strategy deployment plan and manage to achieve these.
To manage QMS implementation in warehouse
To conduct L-1 audit and provide support in preparation of CAPAs of L1, L2, L3 & L4 Audits of warehouse and compliance of the same.
To control raw materials dispensing losses.
Simplify the processes to reduce waste and variation.
To maintain safety / Security of materials in stores.
To ensure compliance with GMP and QMS within department by applying GQPs, GQGs and GQMPs
To supervise cycle counting of materials (Raw & Packing) perform root cause analysis.
EHS standards Compliance.
Ensure the review of SOPs, as and when required and provides in-house trainings of SOPs to concerned staff.
