About the job :

Lead generation associate will be working on scrapping the market for high quality leads qualifying the leads received from the regional team, using the PTs to scan market and make initial contact with potential vendors which can be listed on the marketplace.

Increasing sales productivity through analysis on Salesforce, lead optimization and streamlining cycle time.

Responsibilities :

  • You will be responsible for creating a full pipeline for the sales team with high priority categories
  • You will work and liaison with sales team to ensure key conversions happen within a stipulated time
  • Pipeline management and optimization identifying areas of low efficiency through tracking Salesforce dashboards
  • Improve the sales productivity by developing sales toolkits and playbooks
  • Work with the HoS to provide sales data visibility and insights for extremely fast scale up
  • Scrap markets, products, categories and locations to identify realizable potential for market entry
  • You will measure and report all related KPIs around waste, cost, quality, and speed around these processes
  • Develop analytical tools, execute global tools according to local market needs.
  • Recommend and work closely with the tech team for better user / vendor experience.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant.
  • Has an acute sense of responsibility and can take full ownership of the function.
  • You have at least 2+ years of work experience in a similar role.
  • You are process-oriented and data-driven
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents
  • Your knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector is solid
  • You are driven and ambitious.
  • Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and follow up skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and cooperative team setting, with numerous interaction with internal and external customers.
