MicroAgility Services ensures that our employees continue to receive the best possible training and development.Your Role : We are seeking a dynamic International Recruitment Executive who brings a level of motivation, curiosity, and passion for collaboration.

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.

Ultimately, you will build a strong talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees.If you are passionate about driving a fast-growing agile business, then MicroAgility Services (Pvt) Ltd is looking for you!Core Responsibilities :

Understand the job descriptions of assigned positions thoroughly with complete information of timeline

Source potential candidates on different platforms, like Job Boards, LinkedIn, Social Media Groups and etc.

Search relevant candidates from America and Canada through all available sources.

Approach the required consultants / candidates and increasing the pool of candidates.

Maintain the internal database properly.

Perform screening calls to analyze applicants abilities

Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)

Conduct technical interviews, negotiate on rate / compensation and location preferences with potential consultants / candidates, and finalize terms & conditions with them.

To Qualify You Will Need :

Must be comfortable in timings from 04 : 30 PM to 01 : 30 AM

Proven work experience (minimum 06 months) as a Technical Recruiter / Recruiter.

A positive can-do approach, resilience, with strong organization skills.

Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and VOIP structured)

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases

Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media LinkedIn recruiting and Boolean search skills / techniques)

Fluent English- writing and verbal.

Global recruiting experience - advantage.
