JR5924 Data Steward
Responsibilities and Tasks :
Manage product schedules in Teamcenter
Participate in developing solutions to address business needs
Assist with creating documentation for required solutions and processes
Participate in user acceptance testing for system enhancements
Participate in the creation of training for user community needs
Act as a communication liaison between business area and technical support groups
Participate in cross functional teams to address business issues and provide the necessary solutions
Troubleshoot daily and ongoing issues involving system processes and ensure that necessary functions exist
Subject matter expert (SME) in the data assignment and systems used to manage that data.
Knowledge and Capabilities (Qualifications) :
Self-motivated and service oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong persuasive and diplomatic communication skills (oral, written, one-on-one, and group)
Proven ability to drive the development, documentation and execution of business processes and / or programs
Proficient in use of all Microsoft Office products to support day to day job functions emphasis on Excel
Knowledge of enterprise programs and processes supported by PLM and SOR (e.g.S&OP / SAP)
Preferred Experience :
Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following : Business Units, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering
Experience with Teamcenter Schedule Manager module preferred
Experience with SharePoint
