Mission and Key Tasks
Monitor sales by maintaining and expanding customer base; manage the sales force in the assigned territory
Identify new areas with business opportunities and develop them
Responsible to achieve Sales targets for Primary & Secondary respectively
Have a strong follow-up on assigned targets
Identify the branding opportunities in the assigned territory
Provide leadership to the sales force in the field and inspire them to perform and deliver
Explore and add new business channels
Conduct regular sales meetings in order to review the performance of the salespeople and to motivate them for achievements
Execute the assigned business plan
Capability development of distributors and distributor staff
Motivate and support the distributor’s sales team to achieve SKU wise targets
Conduct effective market Intelligence on a regular basis
Guide team & set the KPI’s as per company standards
Coordinate with all related departments within head office and region areas
Background and Experience
Minimum University Graduation e.g. Commerce / Marketing / Business Administration etc.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position and relevant market
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Effective communication skills with good command on English and local language
