Job Summary We are looking for a Assistant Brand Manager to help develop and implement effective brand-building strategies.

You will work with a dynamic team to plan, develop and execute marketing plans and mix. You’ll brainstorm ideas to meet sales and marketing objectives, help execute plans and report on results. Responsibilities

  • Managing brand operations of your portfolio
  • Lead all promotional activities related to the brand
  • Manage stock pipeline of any price or packaging changes
  • Develop and execute consumer promotions
  • Developing strategy for the portfolio within the context of the category strategy
  • Analyse building blocks for forecasted growth
  • Deep dive on product attributes and CVDs
  • Develop packaging and SKU strategy
  • Gathering insights from the market (relating to consumers, customers and competitors) and cascading to the broader team
  • Analysing brand financials and developing interventions to improve profitability
  • Competitors Analysis- shadow costing, benchmarking with R&D, and building product improvement plans
  • Help develop and optimize marketing campaigns
  • KEY REQUIREMENTS :

  • At least 2-5 years of relevant experience, Innovation management and delivery, Project and budget management
  • Ability to analyze data and draw conclusion out of it
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with latest marketing trends and best practices
  • Results driven attitude
