Coordinate with B2B sales team and provide them support in client on-boarding.
Ability to proficiently use MS Office tools specially MS Excel, MS Access and MS PowerPoint.
Carry out any other task assigned by the line manager.
Conducting time to time discussions with the corporate clients to understand their business model and providing tailored made products for them as per their needs and requirements.
Responsible for creating proposals based on information gathered from the stakeholders.
Responsible for end to end newly designed products SITs, UATs & Production movement in coordination with the concerned IT teams for the timely and efficiently delivery of the mandate.
Responsible for creating presentations on corporate products, performance gaps and informing the concerned team members on timely basis.
Sales lead generations of end to end collection segments for U Microfinance Bank which includes online and offline donations / loans / fees collections.
i.e. School Fees Collections, Loan Repayments, Donation Collections and etc.
Knowledge about branchless banking services and banks systems
Efficient in MS office.
Good stakeholder management skills
Well versed with proposal writing
Ability to work under pressure.
Hold at least Bachelor’s Degree, Masters would be preferred preferably in the Field of business administration or commerce.
Minimum 2 to 3 years hands-on experience in the Sales Lead Generation and Product Development for corporate clients.
