foodpanda is the Berlin-based food delivery service that partners exclusively with beloved local restaurants to deliver quality meals in over 70 cities worldwide.
We are currently looking for an energetic individual to join our Sales team in Mirpurkhas.
Primary Responsibilities :
Manage & Lead the City’s Sales Team and onboard all inventory (restaurants) on foodpanda.
Training, Monitoring & Evaluation of reporting teams.
Getting all A , B & C category vendors on-board on the platform.
Manage inventory of the city / Area and make sure the inventory is optimized on Sales Force , live and growing each month from the previous month.
Daily Monitoring of the onboarded restaurants and making fixtures in coordination with cross-functional teams.
Coordinate with cross functional teams to make sure restaurants is timely Activated.
Secondary Responsibilities :
Ensure monthly growth in orders from your relevant city through New Vendor Onboarding, Existing Inventory Optimization and activation
Following are the KPIs for Senior BDM :
Daily Stand-Up Sales Call
Weekly Stand-Up Sales Calls
Weekly Individual Meeting with Sales Rep
Weekly Field Sales Call
Meeting and Signing Strategic key Vendors ( A category Vendors ) in particular area / City and get them on board.
Bachelors or Masters degree.
2-4 years of experience in relevant field.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Must Be willing to work on Field.
Fluency in English is a must.
You are a natural hustler.
High degree of emotional intelligence.
