JR5653 Senior / Staff / Principal Engineer - Analog Design Analog Circuit Design Engineer : We are looking for an Analog Circuit Design engineer to be a part of a design team targeting critical circuits common to all DRAM related memory products. Responsibilities :
Design, development, optimization, verification and fanout of Analog IPs.
Use of both analog and digital CMOS design skills needed to work on the various circuits you would be responsible for.
Work with Product Engineering group to verify silicon performance vs simulation performance of circuits you design.
Work with process integration and device modelling team to design circuits in Micron's next leading-edge process node.
Some of the circuits we target are Voltage and Current reference generators, LDOs, Amplifiers, Oscillators, Charge pumps, Translators, DDR / LPDDRIOs, repair related circuits, and control logic.
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO :
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 4+ years of experience (Job title is scalable to your experience and qualifications)
Both analog and digital design and simulation experience required.
Past circuit debug experience through Product Engineering or equivalent preferred.
Proficiency with UNIX and CADENCE design environment (Simulation, Schematic entry, SPF extraction)
Experience with circuit verification and optimization including layout verification and parasitic extractions of the circuits
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to other design peers both verbally and written
The ability to work independently and in teams.
Understanding of device physics and basic CMOS processing techniques preferred
Experience with PERL (or other scripting language), a plus.
Highly motivated and self-starter
Multi-tasking ability is a must for an Analog circuit designer in our group as we work with all product types (compute, mobile, graphics) and product teams in parallel with silicon validation efforts.
