We are looking for a Technical Product Manager SPARK Web services to join the Spark R&D team that is responsible for the development of software systems for the design and manufacturing of orthodontic appliances.

You will help support the development of SPARK customer facing website and services and potentially internal web applicatoins.

  • This is a highly visible role, requiring an experienced leader with strong technical skills across web development and a will to learn the digital orthodontic business;
  • skilled at communicating with all levels of the company.As Web Technical Product Manager, you will partner with the engineering manager to lead a cross-functional team through creating the roadmap, managing the backlog, defining the functional relation and interfaces between the SPARK web, other software applications, and various subsystems.

    The TPM will be responsible for leading the team through all the steps involved in the software development cycle. We are looking for a leader who is a great communicator and a collaborator, who drives the project by setting examples.

    The person who has demonstrated success in leading large complex projects and brings clarity to the group.Primary Duties and Responsibilities : Leading the development of SPARK website and its services.

    Lead and contribute to the strategic direction and define roadmap for the product.Spearhead all user documentation as mandated by global regulatory agencies and engineering standard methodologiesOwning integration between requirements and development, identify risks and provide mitigation.

    Manage cross-functional dependencies.Identifying requirements by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders (Doctors, Product management, Software Engineers, operations) including User Needs.

    Be able to distill complex topics into clear communications to program stakeholdersEstablish best practices which enables the measure of key performance indicators to ensure success.

    Coordinating and working with a global team in different time zones.Ensure resource needs are established and fulfilledJob Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics fields or equivalent relevant work experience5+ years experience as a technical product manager, leading complex web development projects, with a track record of successful releases on time.

  • Preferred Skills : Experience in process definition / improvements, product management, tools.Experience with Agile software development, preferably in a regulated environmentExperience in team leadership, decision making, and presenting to groups.
  • Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams.Critical Success Factors : Understands the Business : Knows the business and the mission-critical technical and functional skills needed to do the job;
  • understands various types of business propositions and understands how businesses operate in general; learns new methods and technologies easily.
