HBL is looking to hire a Head Telesales Outbound Unit in Digital Customer Experience, Karachi who will be responsible for the end-to-end monitoring and performance management of the Outbound Unit Telesales & Service Teams. Job Details :
Oversee the Outbound Unit KPIs on a monthly basis in order to ensure that all monthly and yearly performance metrics are met.
Oversee and manage processes, campaigns and projects in order to ensure utmost sales and service quality and to avoid miss-selling.
Represent the Telesales Outbound Unit in monthly business review meetings to report metrics and propose strategies for growth.
Carry out all hiring, budgeting and capacity planning for the Outbound Unit.
