We’re looking for a highly-driven and motivated Voice NOC Engineer for our team in Pakistan.

If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact,

then this may be the place for you. The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant

individual contributor comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the

management team. As a Voice NOC Engineer, you will be responsible for setting up and

optimizing processes, while running the day to day operations for your specific vertical.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordination with BPOs and Service Provider for Extension Creation & Deletion on
  • PBX Server

  • First level of support / troubleshooting for connectivity issues, call distortions, incoming &
  • outgoing extensions

  • Updating IVR / PRI for PBX Servers
  • Working closely with Operations Department for Escalating / Issues with Service
  • Provider

  • Install, maintain and configure hardware and software systems according to company
  • policies.

  • Maintain IT infrastructure and manage help desk issues
  • Troubleshoot and repair network, hardware and software components
  • Perform system back-up and database archiving processes to ensure data recoverability.
  • Update software antivirus on regular basis
  • Requirements

  • A relevant Bachelor's degree is Mandatory.
  • Has an acute sense of responsibility and can take full ownership of the function.
  • You have at least 1+ years of work experience in a similar role.
  • You are process-oriented and data-driven.
  • Well Experience with Isabel, Elastix, Asternic, Asterisk
  • Your knowledge of the PBX and Calling Service sector is solid.
  • You are driven and ambitious.
  • You are very proactive and could lead independent projects.
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Has the ability to perform root cause analysis and build process flows.
  • You’re very detail oriented and pay attention to all the steps in the process.
