Job Description :

  • Execute compelling performance analyses with crisp data visualizations and observations
  • Understand project / assignment objectives, execute with great purpose and deliver quality
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and use-cases overall, and in the domain of analytics specifically
  • Delivering ad hoc analysis, reports, data explorations in a timely manner
  • Provide ideas and input on how we can improve frameworks, and understand customer, client and business dynamics in new ways
  • Utilize analytical and critical thinking skills to surface accurate and compelling insights
  • Create analytically focused presentations based on frameworks and with guidance of the senior team
  • Extract, summarize and analyze data, identify key insights for presentation
  • Provide comprehensive analytics support to partner teams, develop tools, resources, and relevant analytic solutions to empower data access and self-service
  • Ask clarifying questions to understand the objectives and decisions that are informed by the analysis
  • Utilize descriptive and predictive analytics to discover new insights, and build data products
  • Create visualizations that elegantly represent complex information
  • Communicate analysis to stakeholders and executives in verbal, visual, and written media
  • Deliver compelling performance analyses independently with crisp data visualizations, observations and recommendations
  • Delivering business critical analytics in a timely manner
  • Improve our analytical frameworks
  • Understand customer, client and business dynamics in new ways
  • Exploring, investigating and developing hypothesis to discuss with the team, and with clients on occasion
  • Unearth new strategic growth opportunities to propel i2c even further
  • Inspire clients to collaborate on ideas, find common goals, and use more of the i2c platform
  • Oversee and conduct data analysis, summarize key observations and recommendations. Develop action plans based on those recommendations
  • Understanding user behavior throughout the lifecycle - channels, drivers of churn, user engagement, impact of notifications
  • Developing recommendation engines to drive engagement with end-users
  • Evaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Understand the impact of product features and experience on business KPIs
  • Mentor team members, and work to continually improve our work product
  • Provide input into the data strategy to ensure better integration of the company’s data asset and analytic capability
  • Create visualizations that elegantly represent complex information
  • Participate in client conversations and develop deep understanding of the nature of work to share new ideas and opportunities
  • We are looking for

  • Masters, or Bachelors in Economics, Experimental Psychology, Mathematics, Operational Research, Information Science, Engineering, Statistics. (MS or MBA preferred)
  • 0 - 10+ years

  • Excellent with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency with data, analytics, and visualization technologies (SQL, MicroStrategy, R, Python, VBA, etc)
  • Predictive modeling, churn analysis, time series forecasting, computer vision, text mining, recommender systems, market basket analysis, segmentation
  • Foundational knowledge of Machine Learning
  • Managing analytics projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Problem solving & Insight generation
  • Understanding of standard predictive and classification models; when to use and how to interpret results
  • Campaign management and optimization
  • Manipulation of large data sets, integration of data across multiple sources and data structuring to facilitate analyses.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business priorities in a fast-paced business environment
