Nakisa is at an exciting growth phase and so its IT team. As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, updating and upgrading all the internal applications of Nakisa.
The successful candidate will also be the main point of contact for all employees experiencing applications’ related issues in Lahore and across the globe.

Maintain all Nakisa systems including;
Design new workflows, such as Customer Journey Mapping, integrate Sales and Marketing activities, integration of CRM and ERP, design and implement new forms
Design and produce standardized reports
Maintain and create security groups
Write requirements for new systems and may also help implement them and monitor their effectiveness.
Ability to generate documentation such as flowcharts, collect and analyze requirements, help in software selection, and monitor systems once they're in place
Troubleshooting technical issues
Creating system guidelines and manuals for the organization
Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas
Working knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Perl, Bash, etc.
3-5 years experience in IT or software development industries
Strong analytical skills
Attention to detail
Written and verbal communication skills
