We are looking for a Data & Performance Analyst - Marketing to be our eyes and ears for data, for the marketing team and to provide continuous measurable and meaningful insights into facts and figures which will allow us to improve how things are done in marketing on a day to day basis.

In this job role your responsibilities will include deep-diving into data each day and to derive meaningful and logical information, filtered into reports which will help the Management in making decisions that will allow for better results.

Responsibilities :

  • Extracting data from our data sources
  • Analyzing the data for insights and logical explanations to problems and opportunities
  • Preparing Comparative analysis of each campaign with previous campaigns.
  • The Analyst will provide actionable insights and recommendations to maximize offer / campaign profitability, share of wallet, customer retention and loyalty, and revenue opportunities to drive business performance.
  • Analyzes complex data sets and extracts key insights using various economic, financial, customer and marketing methodologies
  • Requirements :

  • At least 4+ years of similar job experience.
  • A relevant Bachelor's degree is mandatory. Masters will be preferred.
  • Communicate effectively with central and regional teams for alignment on strategies.
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning, problem solving and modeling techniques
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance / operation metrics associated with marketing, operations and e-commerce.
