Job Role Description

The Customer Supply Manager has to ensure all customer projects are delivered according to contractual obligations within forecasted costs, time, and required quality based on supply chain strategies and capabilities.

Drive within MEA market and global initiatives.

Job Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Supports pre-sales with supply chain design and costing by evaluating customer requirements

Manages the supply chain operations and execution to ensure proper supervision and guidance to meet business targets (includes monitor and control)

Ensures supply chain processes and execution, profitability and efficiency to meet accurate, timely services and high performance in services to the customer project in terms of quality, compliances and cost efficiency.

Accurate demand planning for HW & SW based on CT input and roll-out plan

Ordering of products (HW, SW, Services) in all business scenarios, incl. customer cases, Nokia risk orders, trials, demonstration, R&D and FOC.

Provides and updates delivery plans and assesses and mitigates supply risks and challenges.

Executes supply planning in relation to CT business management order intake and revenue execution, inventory management and LE as well as resourcing.

Creation and follow up of invoices and revenue booking based on project acceptance or other triggers

Acts as escalation point and manages further escalations and requirements

Drive functional-level business excellence

Define business governance and ensures its adherence

Drive special projects critical to the business agenda including strategic initiatives and culture plans

Facilitate functional level enabling sessions

Support continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure operational management is in full alignment with Nokia Mode of Operation

Customize global operational processes together with relevant point of contacts to meet business requirements

Apply appropriate best practices and lessons learned within the team

Interface with key stakeholders at business area or cross functions

Has in-depth business knowledge and uses understanding of how relevant areas perform to achieve objectives

Use skills to solve complex problems that do not have routine solutions and takes a new perspective

Contribute to operational topics and quality to optimize profitability
