    The Role

    Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Responsibilities :

  • The CRM Developer is responsible for designing, developing and implementing business focused solutions using a holistic approach which requires understanding all systems involved and the impact proposed solutions will have on those systems.
  • This individual will also evaluate the technical aspects to ensure proper industry standards and best practices are properly applied when solutioning and integration.
  • They will ensure best practice is adopted, provide technical development for projects, working closely with other technical resources to achieve the design.
  • They will also conduct system development and deliver the technical solution.

  • The ideal candidate will communicate effectively and be equally comfortable conversing with business owners as with programmers and infrastructure personnel.
  • Requirements :

  • Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using either the CRM SDK or plugin platforms.
  • Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration / deployment environments.
  • Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
  • Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders
  • Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.
  • Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM including multi-phase, enterprise-wide implementations with customizations
  • Fluent in Plugin / Workflow
  • SOAP / REST
  • Customization and integration
  • Security
  • Excellent communication skills
