Carrying out the end to end recruitment process for all PK Head Office roles as directed by the Hiring Manager’s.Supporting the Recruitment Officer’s within the UK Operation to generate candidate leads and long & shortlists of candidates to be reviewed and interviewed by the UK Recruitment Officer’s.
Working with the Head of Recruitment to create targeted recruitment campaigns ensuring that recruitment is organized and conducted expeditiously for all roles.
Placing adverts on internal job boards and external recruitment job sites.Assessing candidate’s competency and suitability by selection testing material for roles as required.
Conducting initial screening, telephone and face to face interviews in conjunction with the relevant Hiring Manager.Liaising with the Recruitment Manager and Head of Recruitment within the UK operation to support with operational hiring roles, largely within the Health care sector.
Ensuring all live vacancies are uploaded on to the Vacancy Management System (VMS) and updated in real time with any status changes to reflect accurate snapshot of recruitment process.
Making recruitment decisions and generating all offer paperwork for candidates for PK operation.Ensuring thorough Right to Work and reference checks are completed for all candidates and liaising with relevant Recruitment Audit Officer.
Completing all necessary recruitment and compliance administration and liaise with Recruitment Audit officer’s and HR dept where necessary.
Maintaining and implementing recruitment processes, procedures and documentation as required.Working in partnership with line managers on their operational Health Care Assistant vacancies and ensuring that they are recruited in a timely manner.
Provide a weekly report to the PK Operations Manager and UK Head of Recruitment with updates on progress and activity.
