All evidence clearly points out that a health-conscious matriarch is better for the family, society, and economy. The barriers to women adopting a healthy lifestyle are real though an absence of information, motivation, skills, spouse & family support, accessibility to places for physical activity, cost-effective services, and free time are real challenges.
This is where AimFit comes in, AimFit is a fitness platform for women with a mission to make 110 million women in Pakistan the fittest in the world and change the future of our nation.
We produce and distribute hyper-localised fitness content through our app and web products, targeting women and aim for our users to get hooked onto them.

Job Overview :
We are looking for a young, highly motivated, can-do individual who can provide solutions on the full spectrum of HR matters, including recruitment, employer branding, compensation, employee relations, employee growth, learning & development etc
Job Description :
Suggest and implement new HR Strategies, new procedures and policies to improve efficiency of HR and employee experience.
Enhancing the company's online presence on different employment sites, developing creative ways to draw prospective employees to the company's website and identifying new recruitment opportunities through social media.
Manage full cycle recruitment for multiple positions in partnership with hiring managers, creating exceptional sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role
Identify trends and leverage knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized sourcing & employee development strategies
Build collaborative and productive working relationships & internal community (e.g. supports others, shows respect, acts as an ally, onboards new hires, connects people, collaborates well, drives inclusion)
Initiate and ensure the smooth execution of the employee growth reviews
Proactively takes initiatives to ensure all HR processes and practices are carried out in line with AIMFIT’s mission
Develop and maintain records, reports & organization charts.
Takes lead in identifying the optimum allocation of human resource to different departments to ensure none of them is over-hired or under-hired
Liaise with Accounts department for processing the payroll
Plan and execute the employee engagement activities to ensure ownership of the workplace & AIMFIT culture
Anticipate, address & resolve HR issues impacting the business and provide insights, recommendations, and solutions when needed.
Lead with integrity, respect, high personal standards and build personal credibility
A Bachelor / Master degree in Human Resources, Business or any other related field
Candidates with certification in HR (SHRM-CP, CHRP) will be preferred
3-4 years of relevant experience
Self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Must have good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Google tools and any HR Operations related tools.
Highly collaborative with people with the ability to build relationships quickly
Experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teams
