As the Head of the Marketing, you will play a vital role in leading the team to do purpose led marketing, creating value propositions across the chain, marketing programs and tactics to deliver growth and achieve the Lubricants’ ultimate potential in the next 5 years.
More importantly, this role will give you an opportunity to contribute and lead premium, sustainability, and digital agenda for the lubes business in Pakistan.
The Role is responsible in leading the team for the delivery of marketing and business targets. As a member of the leadership team, there is an expectation to contribute to the softer elements such as employee welfare & engagement.
Responsibilities include :
Vision & Strategy Development and Marketing Business Planning : Lead the team to develop sharp marketing plans to for achieve business strategies, annual / long term business targets per category aligned with the teams and ultimate potential ambition.
Also tracking the performance of the same through Fit 4 Tool. Brand and Insights Development : drive the continuous generation of relevant core insights and competitive intelligence to develop the right strategies and compelling CVPs and gauge our brand preference in the market.
Also reviewing the market share month on month to help sales team and marketing drive the right focus Customer and Channel Value Proposition : Oversee the development and communication of superior CVPs across all categories and channels (B2C, B2B, Digital, Modern Trade) as a core element for delighting the customer.
Also developing effective and cost-efficient trade programs to maximize penetration and throughput through the channels of sale Portfolio Management : Defining the portfolio for the channel with respect to evolving customer needs and tracking to ensure effective selling Pricing Management : Ensure maximum value generation through the right pricing strategy per brand and channel to maximize business results.
Execution of marketing programs : Devising innovative and effective marketing campaigns to help deliver maximum business results.
Budgeting the marketing SP&A and ensuring maximum ROI
Business dimensions : Passenger Car Oils, Diesel Engine Oils, Motorcycle Oils,
Industrial Oils, OEMs (Original equipment Manufacturers)

Your excellent people skills are essential to build and nurture collaborative relationship with varying levels of stakeholders across businesses and geographical boundaries.
Key stakeholders include, Global and Regional Marketing and Brands teams, Product Lifecycle Management, Lubricant Supply Chain, Finance, Retail and Customer Operations.
External stakeholders include distributors, key customers, agencies, and suppliers. Your leadership will be key developing and building a competent team highly capable of delivering the marketing and business objectives.
