Job summary
We are seeking Demand Planning Analyst who will report to the Ring Forecasting Manager, and be responsible for aligning Workforce Management (WFM) with sales planning and CRM efforts to management of the daily and weekly demand planning activities.
Analyst, Demand Planning is responsible for maintenance and execution of forecasting and decision models through a strong combination of statistical, business intelligence, and market and industry trend analysis.
An ideal candidate possesses a deep experience in Data Analysis and Applied Statistics, Inventory or Production Planning, and Supply Chain Management functions.
This team member is a critical voice on the forecasting chain team, and provides context and perspectives for data-driven decision making in a contact center environment.

A day in the life
As a Demand Planning Analyst, you will build forecast models that predict volume for the Ring Community Support contact center.
You will also use those models to anticipate headcount needs at CS locations and be a key driver in the development of new hire classes.
