Job Responsibility :
Execution of given plans and objectives to attain zone and area wise primary and secondary sales, while also delivering on availability targets for all packages
Supervise and monitor the stocks transactions at all levels against planning and forecasting
Distribution Management via software to ensure the proper execution of sales operation, ROI, KBI, GTM, and inventory management
Conducting market surveys and determine market share, sales trends and cultivate relationships in specified areas (own and competitor s) with key accounts, wholesalers and retailers
Resolving customer disputes with help of sales force
Ensure and control out of stock in the market as well as to the distributor
Daily market visit to ensure the availability of the products to the shopkeeper. Market visit to solve the disputes and problems of shopkeepers against the delivery of product or Price issue
Achievement of annual volume & revenue target of Distribution
Business expansion in existing & new geographies as per instructions and to perform other related tasks assigned by line manager
Requirements :
FMCG Sales experience
Good to build relationship with customers
