About the Job :
As a Lead Generation Analyst, you will be building a strong and dynamic freight sales funnel by generating new leads in the functions of logistics, operations, and transportation across different industries and market segments in the US through targeted web search, using a variety of tools and methods.
You will ensure prompt real-time support is provided to the sales team to help achieve the quarterly and yearly freight sales targets.
Additionally, you will be recording all data in the CRM for reporting and analysis to help achieve maximum operational efficiency.
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Management
Specialization in Supply Chain Management in either degree is preferred
2-3 years of experience in research and / or data analysis
Experience in the freight industry is highly preferred
Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce
In-depth understanding of Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel
Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities and / or projects
Experience dealing with quick deadlines
Exceptional research skills
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Taking initiative in all tasks and showing ownership of work
Knowledge of the freight / transportation industry
Self-driven and motivated with the right attitude to work collaboratively in a team
Conduct primary / secondary research using a variety of online sources
Follow up and qualify contacts from various online directories and search tools
Prospecting for new clients and identifying key decision makers
Real time support and escalated response to special requests at any time of the day
Market research feedback about the prospect companies with respect to their freight span, size, revenue generation, etc.
Geofencing the targeted locations of the warehouses for the directed leads
Providing real time support to intra-business operations teams as well as support departments for research based tasks and special requests
Any other duties as may be requested from time to time by your Line Manager
