The Role

Under the supervision of ARC Team Leader, the position will coordinate the implementation of Oxfam’s ARC project while working closely with implementing partners.

The position will provide assistance to Team Leader in ensuring the effective delivery of the project and create synergies of work between implementing partners.

The position will ensure that all project stakeholders including community, line departments, police, local government and other justice providers and policy makers and parliamentarians participate and represent where required in the project cycle.

Project Coordinator will provide support in maintaining up to date information about rule of law sector and its interventions and build contact and collaborate with stakeholders in Islamabad and the provinces.

What we are looking for

  • Master’s degree from a reputable university, in Rule of law, social sciences, development studies or relevant area.
  • Significant programming experience and at least 5 years in development sector, especially around Rule of law, Access to justice and governance programming .
  • Demonstrable evidence of managing sizeable resources and excellent Project cycle management skills people, budgets, material;
  • including evidence of demanding high standards of performance and accountability while being fair in dealing with people and demonstrating through role modeling

  • Demonstrated skills and significant experience of project implementation and collaboration with government institutions.
  • Demonstrated work experience in advocacy programming, policy analysis and partner management.
  • Reporting experience for institutional donors, media, government, partners and beneficiaries
