Job Description

  • Sales pipeline development and meeting sales targets monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Understand the needs of your customers, estimate risks, scope of work and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to address them, think strategically.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales by performing a complete account management by implication of sales process.
  • Planning and overseeing relevant marketing initiatives for a base line interest generation and attending conferences and industry events for new leads generation.
  • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
  • Proposals preparations and presentations for clients.
  • Developing business strategy, objectives, KPI’s of business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Plan the bigger picture, setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills on technical grounds.
  • Requirements

    Education : Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field

  • Experience in sales around 8 to 10 years minimum at a managerial role and preferably a territory management by sales targets and team management.
  • Strong IT background and minimum of 5 years’ relevant professional experience in selling IT solutions and understanding of IOT
  • Team management skills and professional expertise of handling customer objections
  • Strong communication skills, IT fluency and ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Working experience in Private and Public sector (both)
  • Excellent organizational, presentation and customer facing skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Requirements
