CDATA Mukhtar A. Sheikh Welfare Hospital is looking for Support Assistant Job Summary : This role exists to assist the IT operational support at MAS Hospital Multan, with the objective of ensuring efficient and seamless IT operations, ELV systems (Fire Alarm, Public Address, Nurse Call, Queue Management, Access Control, CCTV) maintainance and providing hardware and software maintenance and to render effective solutions within the scope of IT policies and protocols, business objectives and direction from Management.

Job Responsibilities : Effectively support the IT helpdesk for MAS Hospital. Ensure provision of adequate maintenance and support for all end user hardware and software.

Assist in inventory management, reconciliation and handing over to the respective Function / End-user. Configuration of end user devices (Laptops, Desktops and Cell phones) as per the company policies, joining with AD and handing over to end user.

Coordination with Network team in resolution of connectivity problem to end users. Installation and troubleshooting of company approved softwares.

Basic troubleshooting skills for softwares especially Microsoft products i.e. outlook, MS office etc. Installation and updating of anti-

virus on end user devices. Creation of AD accounts, email accounts and email groups. Regular maintenance of Wi-Fi devices / Printers / Ups / Scanners / projectors / Data cabinets and other ELV / IT components.

Track and analyze trends in help desk requests and generate statistical reports. Coordinate with IT team in office documentation e.

g. MRR creation, bills verification, inward / outward gate passes, delivery challans, asset assignment forms etc. Expansion of network and ELV system as per requirements of business.

Maintenance and documentation of already deployed network and ELV system. Handling of calls related to Nurses Hostel and Cosultants apartments?

Follow up with Vendors regarding procurement of hardware / software. Assist in generating monthly status reports & complaint log sheets covering all areas of operational support.

Responsible for maintain IT / ELV Asset management through different Asset Mgt. tools / software (eAM Enterprise Asset Management) Provide priority attention to Senior Users (GMs & above).

Liaison with vendors for Maintenance of IT / ELV Equipment covered in Maintenance Contracts or Warranty Claims. Assist in maintenance of data center and its equipment.
