About the job :
Vendor Performance & Data Analyst is a diverse role that entails data crunching, decision making, developing processes and SOPs, handling new projects, managing strong vendor relationships, working closely with other departments locally, regionally and globally.
Analyze & evaluate the data, performing the root cause analysis, registering the findings, developing plans accordingly, implementing, and executing the solutions.
This is a highly critical position and offers wide exposure to the industry and business.
You will be responsible for your operational performance around a defined part of getting our vendors online receiving their first order to their last order and how they leave our platform.
You will measure and report all related KPIs around waste, cost, quality, and speed around these processes.
You will learn, evaluate, document and be the expert on the defined processes around getting our vendors online and offline and advise on how to improve these on a country level
You will create, maintain and conduct trainings around the found improvements and ensure the delivery and impact of identified and implemented measures
You will be supporting the overall strategic programs around automation of the complete vendor lifecycle
You work closely with central, local and regional operations management to consolidate and distribute best practices across different countries.
You provide local and central management teams with strong, reliable and automated reporting tool sets as well as regular project performance reports and presentations based on multiple data sources.
Responsible for Vendor Compliance that entails controlling of order-Rejection rates and improving order conversion rate.
Responsible for entire restaurant / vendor operational performance
Design and execute Restaurants trainings, educational programs and communication
Establish professional business relationships with our partners (Vendors), establish training modules, work closely on the ground with them.
Effectively manage relationships with key vendors over compliance matters.
Coordinate with Global and Regional teams for reporting, feature requests, creation of newer dashboards and holistic approach to counter issues.
Implementing global and regional SOPs in the local market.
Work Cross-Functionally with Product, Business Development, Customer Services and Marketing to ensure smooth execution of operations.
Work on multiple projects with global and regional Headquarters of Foodpanda in Singapore on process improvements, dashboards, Google Analytics in driving the cancellations down.
Develop analytical tools, execute global tools according to local market needs.
Recommend and work closely with the tech team for better user / vendor experience.
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant.
Has an acute sense of responsibility and can take full ownership of the function.
You have at least 2+ years of work experience in a similar role.
You are process-oriented and data-driven
Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents
Your knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector is solid
You are driven and ambitious.
Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and follow up skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative and cooperative team setting, with numerous interaction with internal and external customers.
