  • Ensuring qualification of Online Web Leads in lines to the defined targets by marketing team.
  • Ensure quality calling and response to IDP students and parents.
  • Manage other IDP follow up communication for events and walk ins.
  • Create daily, weekly, monthly report on call centre performance and activities of the agents.
  • Make calls to qualify leads.
  • Hear 10% of call recordings daily of the agents to ensure a smooth Audit.
  • Research, identify and implement new opportunities for the process.Person Specification
  • Educated to Graduation level or equivalent.
  • Demonstrable experience (minimum 1-3 years) in the call centre profile.
  • One year in Team leader role
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and in Bangla
  • Good understanding of contact centre operations and systems
  • Self-motivated
  • Sound knowledge of excel for reporting including creating pivot tables and extracting data.
