Mandatory :

Looking out for 12-15 years experience in IT industry with current hands-on experience in Requirement Understanding, Design and Development, Deployment and Testing.

Should be good at problem solving and customer communication.

Quickly able to adapt to new technologies, experiment and find quick solution to customer pain area by carrying out Proof-of-Concept with ability to use wide variety of tools & technologies.

Must have skills :

Very strong, hands-on experience in Object Oriented Design & Programming Skills

Strong knowledge of C and C++

Strong knowledge of My SQL and Mongo DB

Experience in database design

Hands on implementation of Web Service (REST / SOAP) with OAuth / Open ID authentication

Hands-on in automated testing methodologies (NUNIT, Moq, etc)

Should possess excellent communication skills and client management skills"
