We are looking for a qualified Sales Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales.
As a Sales Account Manager, you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.
You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.
Job Responsibilities :
Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
Expanding touch points and footprint in key accounts.
Have an excellent overview of the business and are up-to-date with the latest industry trends as well as the competition
Clients retention & up selling
Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders at all levels within these accounts.
Interaction with C level players
Requirements
Business professional with 5+ years of experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Pakistan market
Experience in SaaS, CpaaS , digital , Telecom & software sales is preferred
Necessary to have Sales experience in Pakistan market in the IT or Telecom Industry, working with (Retail, Finance, Prop tech, E-Commerce, Media and Entertainment, Transportation, Logistics and Healthcare clients)
Manage Sales Pipeline, Acquisition of key accounts, and Consultative Sales skills
