Your Role :
P&G Sales Managers are entrepreneurs whocome up with strategies to win in diverse set of channels via our distributorsin their respective markets.
As a Sales Manager, you will learn about category,product portfolio, the industry and the company's business practices. You willalso help develop our distributors to influence customer decisions in criticalbusiness areas by using conceptual selling techniques and data-analytics.
Job Responsibilities :
ü Designing & Implementing Joint BusinessPlans with modern retail customers with excellent negotiation skills to deliverthe desired results
ü Demonstrate success on sales growth in modern retail
ü Leading all Key Accounts with respect to relationshipwith buyers
ü Develop financially robust Key PerformanceIndicators for the customer
ü Ensuring volume delivery in all storesincluding mini markets and super markets across Pakistan
ü Track & ensure delivery versus theJoint Business Plans and budgets
ü Understand business fundamentals and their implementation
