About the Role :
The Software Support Engineer are the highest tier of customer support for all issues relating to our drivers' mobile app and fleet admins' web dashboard.
In this way, they retain revenue and solidify our position as a leader in the ELD Compliance space. In addition to investigating customer issues with one another and engineers of various teams, they vocalize customer software suggestions and concerns to the rest of the company.
