Your Role Challenging and Future-Oriented! Plans and executes sales targets and activities in a specified region for Distribution Systems portfolio to increase sales with all kinds of potential customers and to achieve defined commercial targets.
Plans sales volumes and potentials of all customers in the assigned region Generate & manage leads and develop business opportunities Prepares customer contact, builds, and maintains a customer focused network.
Provides technical support to customers and enhance their knowledge related to Siemens’s portfolio Review & understand customer RFQs, technical specifications & tender documents and seek pre & post bid clarifications where required Prepares, coordinates, and negotiates proposals in cooperation with proposal management / other involved professionals and management.
Coordinates with customers during order execution & after delivery to evaluate & enhance their level of satisfaction Prepares win loss analyses, identify & record key improvement areas and lessons learnt Manage & update information in CRM for forecasts and planning Prepare data & reports required for market analyses & management reporting Contributes to the development of After-Market business in the region.
May act as a point of contact to customers in commercial matters and influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer support.
Your Qualifications and Skills Digital and Solid! "B.E. / B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification from reputable college or University Solid working experience in similar capacity from an Engineering Business Excellent market knowledge along an outstanding analytical skill.
High customer orientation, driven by target and success Previous Siemens Experience is highly appreciated Very good communication skills rounded by a good level of verbal and written English.
