We’re looking for a highly-driven and motivated Manager Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding for our People & Organization team in Pakistan.

The role is based in Pakistan and will report into Head of People & Organization
Performing analysis and forecasting the hiring needs of the departments within the organization.
Introducing different tools to enhance assessment processes such as psychometric test, general aptitude testing, etc.
Taking charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing employer branding activities.
Sourcing and discovering top talent for open positions using job boards.
Designing, planning and executing recruitment and selection processes.
Leading, managing and supervising members of the recruitment team for evaluating recruitment efforts.
Create an exceptional candidate experience that represents food panda’s employee experience
Effectively integrate diversity into the staffing process to ensure diverse candidate slates.
Meeting with different managers to discuss needs and develop and execute an effective recruitment plan.
Building, executing and developing strategies in order to strengthen EVP on a continuous basis.
Assist to coordinate career fairs, and any other event management tasks as per management requirement. Lead employment branding initiatives including offline and online branding, social media pages, etc.
Enhancing the company's online presence on different employment sites, developing creative ways to draw prospective employees to the company's website and identifying new recruitment opportunities through social media.
Bachelor's / Master’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant.
Significant in-house experience, at least 8+ years in HR Leadership role with an ability to handle high volume, niche and complex positions in Pakistan
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business administration, HR or relevant field
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Experience with leading a team and overall people management.
Highly collaborative with people with the ability to build relationships quickly
Influential to executives, colleagues and peers
Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, problem solving and interpersonal skills
