About the Job :

Candidate must be experience in related field, certifications and trainings will be plus.

In first 3-6 Months, he will be able to run IT operations for around 500 users including solution planning and design and ongoing support to users.

Candidate must be comfortable with rotational shifts.

Responsibilities :

  • Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands
  • Manage daily operations of the IT department
  • Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate the needs of in-house IT experts and remote employees, vendors and contractors
  • Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use
  • Configure wide area network (WAN) or local area network (LAN) routers or related equipment
  • Configure and define parameters for installation or testing of local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), hubs, routers, switches, controllers, multiplexers, or related networking equipment
  • Install and configure wireless networking equipment
  • Identify the causes of networking problems, using diagnostic testing software and equipment
  • Configure security settings or access permissions for groups or individuals
  • Configure SIP and other VoIP devices for network
  • Qualifications :

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Information Technology or relative subjects
  • Microsoft, Cisco, Linux, Certified IT Specialist would be plus
  • 2+ years’ experience in information technology
  • Preference given to candidates with the following : CCNA, CCNP, CCDP, CCDA, MCP, MCSA, MCSE, MCITP, ITIL
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple problems simultaneously
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts
  • Knowledge of hardware and software technologies and concept
