The majority of your responsibilities include

a) Communicating via phone and email with the company CEO as well as hospitals, health insurance companies, and customers,

b) Updating internal software / systems to ensure all claims processes are up to date and

c) Reviewing internal systems to ensure the team is organized and nothing is "slipping through the cracks."

Responsibilities :

  • Communicate daily with the company CEO
  • Rapidly learn about the United States healthcare and health insurance market
  • Communicate, via phone and email, with health insurance companies, doctor offices, patients, and hospitals
  • Track the progress of tasks constantly and bring it to management's attention when a "ticket" / task has gotten behind schedule
