This group impresses partners with their ability to lead, collaborate and think critically while performing daily tasks and leading project initiatives.
We management programs for various site especially for Pakistan, the Philippines and Argentina.

As contractor in Data Operations Management, you will manage the Million Women Mentors (MWM) program. MWM is a movement aimed at sparking the interest and confidence of women to pursue and succeed in STEM careers as well as leadership opportunities through the power of mentoring.
Through this pledge, we would like to play a role in bridging the global skills gap and creating an inclusive economy. This initiative aligns with our #ChangePays campaign and strengthens our commitment towards diversity and inclusion.

Primary responsibilities will be :
Drive the Million Women Mentors (MWM) program with the goal 20,000 successful mentorship to be delivered by end of 2022
Plan and execute local events for Million Women Mentors (MWM) program
Ongoing Communications Responsibilities such as blogs, newsletters, project updates, email messages.
Managing strategic relationship with the community partners. This may require traveling within the city time to time.
Contribute to the various initiatives / programs related to Million Women Mentors.
What We’re Looking For :
The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented, an experienced planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility and composure.
Additionally, this role is responsible for managing end to end strategic programs from conceptualization to execution. This person must not only be capable of recognizing organizational needs but be able to plan, achieve buy-in and execute those projects.
This is a dynamic, highly personal aspect of the role that requires a strong EQ and ability to use teamwork to drive results.
Basic Qualifications :
Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time
Proven success executing programs, projects and events
Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word management skills
Ability to have multiple projects and tasks in flight at once, in various stages
Ability to drive large scale initiatives having many stakeholders with little direction or guidance
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications :
Know-how of Technology a candidate with program management or project management background will be preferred.
Project management, event management, and program management skills preferred
