Overview : Coordinates the information, documentation and communication necessary to support assigned Account Manager(s).

Skills and Abilities : Ability to :

Ability to :

  • Provide sales activity support to account managers
  • Acquire legal and technical information required to complete commercial contract negotiations
  • Create standard contracts in compliance with company policy
  • Liaise with the legal department to facilitate legal or commercial change requests to standard contracts. Read and comprehend detailed legal documents
  • Verify technical data related to fleet equipment
  • Perform order entry, reporting, research, and resolution of issues
  • Maintain detailed files and records
  • Assist with basic internal and external contract-related audits
  • Serve as main contact to assigned operations personnel for contract-related inquiries
  • Demonstrate effective data comparison skills
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and CRM system (SalesForce preferred.)
  • Knowledge :

  • Some knowledge of departmental function, processes, workflow, systems and documentation strongly preferred
  • Minimum Education and Certification :

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum Experience :

  • Typically at least 3 years administrative experience plus some related experience in customer service, administering sales and / or legal contracts, supply chain, or order management
  • Leadership :

  • May serve as a resource to others with less experience
