  • Align to a customer segment and leverage service-oriented mindset to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Engage with EE and the key customer groups and meet their expectation at highest level within GSK standards and values
  • Integrate different brand activity plans within a promotional grid with portfolio managers and Marketing Managers for specific customer groups / segments.
  • Ensure flawless execution of integrated campaigns F2F and digitally for portfolios in alignment to Marketing managers.
  • Collect customer insight, analyse secondary and primary data and derive business intelligence to feed regional and global teams for better experience.
  • Education & Experience

  • MBBA / MBA / Pharm D
  • 2-3 Years of Core Rx Marketing Experience
  • Incumbent should be comfortable with travelling
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers and external stakeholders at minimum 50% or more time to make sure the delivery of exceptional experience within service-oriented mindset.
  • Conduct P2P evaluation (GSO tracking) and Provide feedback to Sales Managers / Teams on improvement of messaging.
  • Understand Customer needs and translate into actionable insights across multiple specialties.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for local implementation of Global Integrated Campaigns appropriately updated to address the persona of the customer and or customer segment including F2F and digital
  • Manage execution of local events - congresses, GSK sponsored digital or F2F events for specific customer segments.
  • Gain Marketing Managers alignment on resources allocated (A&P) and develop media plan in line with Global strategy to ensure an appropriate integration with the Global campaign objectives and use of the marketing mix
  • Own and conduct Cross Functional meetings every alternate month to gain / share customer insights and drive generation of an action plan for responding to the customer needs.
  • Feed insights to LOC marketing managers, global and regional teams on customers, competition and market for bringing robustness in co-creation process as well as delivery of exceptional experience.
  • Ensure that all relevant presentations are generated along with cycle meeting material.
  • Understands business analytics and respond accordingly to ensure customer engagement, deliver Rx share growth and increase touchpoints.
