Solar Informatics is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - Human Resources who will be responsible for Talent Acquisition, Employee Onboarding, HR Policy, Compensation & Benefits Administration, HR Operations, and Performance Management.
The candidate will manage both the Strategic Human Resource challenges as well as Operational Human Resource activities. Responsibilities :
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Managing end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
Writing the job descriptions for available positions.
Sourcing candidates using all the available recruitment tools.
Making job offers and negotiating salaries with candidates.
Handle the company's social media accounts and establish employer branding.
Development and Implementation of Human Resource policies.
Handle compensation and benefits packages of employees.
Managing employee records.
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Handling employee grievances and acting as a consultant for employee queries regarding policies and SOPs.
Ensure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication & timely feedback.
Managing day-to-day HR operations.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field from a reputable university.
5+ years proven experience in an HR Generalist role.
Prior experience working with technical positions.
Excellent Headhunter and Talent sourcing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
Willingness to work in a remote environment.
