    Auto req ID : 185531BRJob DescriptionThe role encompasses variety of support & services responsibilities related to facility management at Sundar Plant & Agro Regional Offices.

    Lead admin procurement; request quotes from GP team, PR creation in My Buy, follow up for PO & delivery, ensure GRN is created and supplies / services are up to the desired standards.

    Support Global Procurement Department in reviewing contracts with vendors and implementation of agreed terms of labor / admin vendors.

    Lead scrap & waste management; coordinate with process, packaging, engineering departments, waste supervisors & service provider for availability of vehicles & labor and ensure timely lift of waste and scrap.

    Ensure empty and loaded vehicles are weighed correctly and that the vendor has credit in PCI account before lifting waste or scrap.

    Process the invoices of service providers as per policy. Organize & maintain company’s scrap and waste yards for house keeping.

    Lead employees’ transportation / fleet management; management of employees pick & drop through outsourced fleet, setting / altering routes as per requirement, manage rented cars, verify and process invoices of service providers, manage company pool cars, their repairs / maintenance and assign duties to the pool car drivers as per business need.

    Lead support to plant employees (joiners, movers, leavers) such as purchase of company maintained cars, acquisition and issuance of PSO Fuel Cards as per entitlement of each employee, mobile phones, sims, uniforms, office equipment & accessories.

    Lead laundry operations; uniforms purchase, issuance / retrieval of uniforms, maintain requisite inventory, ensure washing of uniforms through outsourced vendor, verify and process vendor’s invoices as per policy.

    Lead canteen operations; deciding, aligning and implementing routine menu, special menu, event menu, food safety standards, quality and hygiene, purchase of canteen utensils and related machinery, serving of food in each shift, house keeping of canteen, hygiene of canteen staff, vendor’s invoice verification and payment process.

    Lead employees monthly sampling / quota; Procurement of employees snacks & beverage sampling / quota and its disbursement as per entitlements of employees.

    Organize quota / sampling for employees on festivals as per policy / biennial agreement with CBA.Lead plant’s day care and its related tasks in totality to include roaster management of day care employees, health & safety, purchase, food, cleanliness and facility maintenance.

    Address grievances of parents (if any) on priority. Lead plant’s emergency services. In close coordination with HSE department and the doctor’s team, ensure repairs, maintenance and readiness of ambulance & fire brigade vehicles.

    Ensure plant clinic and its requirements of medicine & equipment are met on priority. Lead plant events & visitors management.

    Support acquisition of rented property, generators, containers for storage etc. Lead administrative asset management (recording and periodic stock taking), categorization of assets as per life, condemnation / right off alignments and disposal.

    Support Manager ER & compliance in implementing employees’ welfare initiatives.Liaison with CBA Union and proactively address support & services related issues of employees.

    Maintain close relations with Sundar Industrial Estate Management for timely approvals of various projects.Support in identifying and implementing smart spending and cost saving strategies.

    Qualifications / RequirementsExpertise in leading support & services operations in MNCs.Command over negotiating & investigation skills.

    Expertise in contract writing and reviewing terms of services.Expertise in Local Labor Laws and understanding of International Labor Laws and Human Rights Policies.

    Experience in Human Resource Core Areas.Experience of handling Unionized Staff / CBA.Hands on experience in Business Planning.

    Experience of conducting Human Rights Audits.Experience of working with multi nationalities.Working knowledge of Ariba or Coupa purchase system is preferred.
