Quixel, an innovative world-leader in high-resolution digital scans, is now seeking to expand our business with a seasoned HR Manager.
You will be located in our Pakistan office with a role focused on human resource management. In this permanent role you will be supporting an international team, and working closely with our COO and GHRM, to coordinate Quixel Pakistan HR and recruitment processes and ensure that our work environment encourages opportunity, success, and a meaningful employee experience.
People oriented and results driven
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in HR or a related field
3 years of human resources experience supporting leaders at global companies
Successful experience operating as a manager / lead within software / technology business
Strong coaching and people development ability is a must
Organised, analytical, and meticulous when it comes to detail
Absolute discretion; familiarity with highly sensitive and confidential matters
Tenacity. Taking ownership of problems and seeing them through is a key skill. If you can demonstrate this from your past career, please include it on your application
Pakistan general labor legislation is a must
Excellent verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills
General knowledge of various employment laws
Good computer skills are essential
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple calendars including coordination across multiple time zones
Proactive and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities
Polite and personable, a team player
Can-do attitude with a solution-oriented approach
You will be expected to
Advocate for our employees’ concerns, yet you must also enforce policies while keeping a delicate balance
Assist in the development and implementation of procedures and evaluate and recommend improvements to the HR processes
Advise managers and employees on procedures
Perform reference checks for potential employees
Extend approved offers and confirm start dates
Evaluate current and new recruiting sources and provide candidates from diverse backgrounds. Expand our talent pool
Conduct new hire orientation
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Contribute to the development of our company culture
Provide guidance, coaching and counseling in the areas of labor law and job / role content, performance management, talent development, and employee relations
Liaise with cross-functional team members and effectively communicate with internal and external business partners
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Assist the annual performance management process
