About the Job :

As Manager - VSB Sales, you will be directly managing a team of Account Executives in the VSB Sales Department. You will be managing all business related tasks, reporting, managing AE performance, tracking KPIs, driving sales strategy, staying up to date with product knowledge and new information to facilitate sales and handling cross-

  • departmental communication to facilitate the sales team. This role will be highly dynamic and you will work closely with your AEs and Management team, as well as support teams;
  • i.e. Order Management, Sales Development, Lead Generation, BizOps and QA. This is a unique opportunity to lead the sales team and get operationally hands-

    on experience in a fast growing organization. You need to have a proven track record of :

  • Responsibilities :

  • Manage a team of Account Executives located on sight in Islamabad to drive revenue through outbound sales efforts
  • Diagnose KPI metrics to deliver feedback and an action plan to AEs in an effort to help them improve their sales process
  • Effectively sell value proposition (technology, service) to transportation customers, in a quota-carrying role.
  • Hire, manage, and mentor a small team of inside sales reps to exceed revenue and gross margin targets.
  • Ensure consistent execution of end-to-end sales playbook, and work closely with sales leadership to create an efficient and predictable sales engine.
  • Ensure use of CRM and other data to achieve forecast accuracy on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Qualifications :

  • 2-5 years' experience directly managing sales teams
  • Existing personal network enabling you to rapidly identify, hire, and onboard high-performing sales team members as we scale
  • Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to mentor, coach and advance the development of each of your employees, while upholding our values.
  • Active listening skills with ability to build trust
  • Competitive mindset, always striving for success
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM and sales technologies for forecasting, pipeline management, and sales acceleration
