What you'll do :
The Lahore Site Leader is responsible for leading and growing the team that will be responsible for covering and tracking all loads within One Point.
This role is responsible for all operations objectives as well as people development necessary to scale the business quickly in Lahore.
This includes such items as coaching and mentoring the team to ensure performance objectives are met, building positive employee relations and building leadership bench strength within the Lahore office.
Driving the creation and / or execution of staffing plans, schedules, quality control, process improvements and recruiting as needed
Managing workflow / capacity, escalations and effectively delegating across the leadership team.
Measures performance, provides feedback, and holds Managers accountable for their performance and the performance of their teams
Takes proactive steps to ensure lessons learned and best practices are shared across all teams and shifts
Work closely with US based leadership team to set and clarify standard operating procedures, expectations and roles and responsibilities for managers and representatives
Complete site audits as needed related to overall site training, standard procedure adherence and employee morale
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of Call Center / Contact Center / Site Leader management experience
Experience with the full staffing life-cycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and terminations
Candidates must be flexible to work a variety of hours as business demands, including overnight, weekends and holidays
Strong communication ability in both written and verbal formats
