While keenly overseeing the overall accounting process, the successful CFO will play a key role in developing and implementing financial procedures to improve and maintain the financial health of our firmAbout the jobPerforming the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) you will be required to : Execute the financial strategy of the companyExecute accounting duties professionally in our Real Estate ProjectManage financial controls and accounting proceduresEnsure full transparency over the financial performance of the companyEffectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely mannerPropose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attainedSupport the CEO with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plansMaintain speed and accuracy of billings and client paymentsCoordinate and produce all tax documentation as required Requisite Skills : Professional accounting designation (CA, ACCA or CPA)10+ years’ experience in a senior accounting & Managerial position.

Professional affiliation / Membership of at least local or International bodies related to financial sector will be required.
