As a HR Generalist you’ll be responsible for :

  • HR operations : Payroll, Employee life cycle, funds, documentation, Settlements, Health Insurance Claims, Life Insurance, Contractual employees etc.
  • Local champion for driving employee engagement and positive workplace culture.
  • Work closely with COE Talent Acquisition for all on ground matters e.g. : New induction management, seamless onboarding, paperwork etc.
  • Work closely with COE Rewards for implementation and execution of incentives, annual appraisal process, increments etc.
  • Collaborate with regional colleagues for ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Work closely with HRBP Pakistan for all strategic initiatives and projects.

  • Your qualifications

  • Undergraduate / Masters in HR
  • Years of Experience required : 1-2 years
