Key / Primary Responsibilities :

  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key Chinese clients
  • Maintain and enhance effective client contact
  • Perform in the best interest of clients
  • Institutionalize client relationships through cross-selling firm products
  • Regularly engage clients in capital discussions while effectively balancing client and Citi objectives regarding returns and capital optimization efforts
  • Strive to successfully manage client portfolio and deliver on expected revenue
  • Ensure redeployment of capital to highest value relationship
  • Understand and comply with internal risk management process
  • Strive to achieve exemplary results in all aspects of risk
  • Effectively identify and communicate potential or existing risk issues
  • Exercise prudent judgment (best practices) in managing risks inherent in the business
  • Conduct business with the highest professional and ethical standard
  • Focus on driving client and banking revenue, profits and returns
  • Assist in improving overall wallet and market share
  • Collaborate with regional partners to encourage cross-border client dialogue
  • Understand and comply with AML and Sanctions policies and procedures that apply to my area of responsibility;
  • Review and maintain awareness of AML and Sanctions red flags that may be indicative of potentially suspicious client conduct;
  • Promptly reply to requests for information Compliance or other AML-related personnel; and
  • Recognize the importance of timely escalation and escalate where appropriate.
  • Qualifications

    Qualification, Experience and Skills :

  • Min. 3-4 years of relevant experience
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin
  • Energetic, excellent communication and time management skills
  • Excellent managerial skills
  • University degree
  • Ability to work under pressure
