With the team, you will own the Sales Force Effectiveness tool management, Sales & Business processes and governance, Account Segmentation, Targeting, manpower utilization, territory alignment and all other key strategic initiatives to drive disciplined strategic execution.

This role is designed to support the Country OU Leads in delivering a co-ordinated strategy by proactively establishing the vision and direction for commercial excellence type activity : supporting the OU’s sales force to maintain and increase market share.

In this role you will closely collaborate within Commercial Excellence, Finance and Marketing functions.

For this role, you will be expected to be located in Pakistan or Kazakhstan and be a part of the overall CEMA (Central Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa).

A Day in Life

  • We offer you a position where you can demonstrate your analytical and strategical skills within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to deliver our business objectives. You will;
  • Lead the sizing, segmentation and targeting process and define the sales structure and resource allocation to increase sales force efficiency & productivity and maximize value to the customer.
  • Contribute actively to the design and implantation of the Go-to-Market strategies, including the Go-Direct projects.
  • Drive the commercial excellence / SFE activities, including CRM, commercial trainings, and Sales Force incentives.
  • Roll out CRM in the TWAL Region.
  • Implement performance dashboards and drive the periodic performance reviews with the management and field force teams.
  • Ensure sharing of commercial best practices across sales force and continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency of commercial processes.
  • Ensure coordination with business enablers and support the transversal process (start plan, AOP, IBP )
  • Must Haves

  • Bachelor's degree,
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience; strong background in SFE, Business Analytics, Sales and Operations,
  • Experience with CRM tools,
  • Good knowledge of IT software / systems,
  • Experience in a data-driven multinational and fast-paced environment,
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools : Eloqua & Salesforce,
  • Advanced level of Excel use and data analysis skills,
  • Ability to advise and influences stakeholders at all levels of the business to achieve strategic objectives,
  • Excellent operational skills with financial / business acumen and strategic and entrepreneurial mindset,
  • Great command of English in writing and in speech.

  • Medical device or healthcare industry experience,
  • Demand generation experience.
