Working to weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI’s
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Emails and cold calling to potential customers to prospect for business
Experience with freelancing sites like upwork, fiverr, guru, freelancer etc. is plus
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, preferably with US or UK Accent
Atleast 3 years experience of services based software company
Experience of off-shore business development, particularly in EU, US, CA and AU regions.
Experience of cold-calls, warm-calls, lead-closure and generating project proposal
Exceptional Negotiation skill & Convincing Power
Must be a team player and excellent stress manager
Target Driven, proactive attitude and must be focused on the results
