We are searching for a committed, deadline-driven BDR to join our excellent Sales team. The tasks will include conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in meetings, and assisting the Sales department wherever possible.

To be successful as a BDR, you should be willing to learn as much about the company as possible and be able to spot opportunities.

Outstanding BDRs are problem solvers who know the value of building lasting, professional relationships with clients.Responsibilities :

  • Generating and identifying new business / sales opportunities
  • Make on-ground sales visits to potential clients
  • Cold call and reach potential customers via phone, email, and face to face
  • Work towards achieving KPIs and revenue targets as set by management
  • Build a strong pipeline
  • Conducting research, or gathering information through surveys, networking, or by speaking to clients and staff
  • Updating documents and sales records
  • Research and generate lists of potential customers
  • Requirements :

  • 6-12 months experience with cold-calling / field sales
  • Results and target-oriented mindset
  • Superb interpersonal skills
  • Strong ownership, a bias for action, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
